Recipe for Putu Mayang Bijau, Ramadan Takjil Ideas for Selling

Material:

  • 100 grams of vermicelli
  • 20 grams of sago flour or cornstarch
  • Enough green coloring
  • Enough red coloring

Coconut milk sauce material:

  • 500 milliliters of 1 coconut
  • 2 pandanus leaves
  • 150 grams of brown sugar (comb)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

How to make putu mayang bait

  1. Rice noodles. Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft. Afterwards, divide the vermicelli into three parts, then give coloring according to taste until smooth.
  2. Give sago flour to each vermicelli that has been colored, then divide it again into 10 parts.
  3. Put the vermicelli into the steam, cook for about 15 minutes until cooked. Lift, set aside.
  4. Santan Sauce. Mix coconut milk, pandan leaves, brown sugar, and salt into the pan. Boil until boiling, then remove and strain.
  5. Tatau Putu Mayang into a serving bowl, then pour coconut milk sauce. Serve.
