Green Sambal Roasted Chicken Material:
- 1 whole chicken (cut 16 parts)
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 lemongrass stems (load)
- 6 orange leaves
- 10 centimeters of ginger.
- 2 pandanus leaves
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of cooking oil
Seasoning (coarse mash):
- 16 big green chili
- 25 cayenne pepper
- 10 shallots
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons of lime juice

How to make green sambal grilled chicken:
1. Wash the chicken then coat it with lime juice and salt until evenly distributed. After that, let stand 10 minutes, then rinse and drain.
2. Bake the chicken pieces on the hot coals until all sides are brownish, then wearing chicken and set aside.
