Ingredients for fried dory filet:
- 600 grams of dory fish fillets
- Sufficient cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Dipping Dough:
- 1 chicken egg (beaten well)
- 50 grams of wheat flour
- 50 grams of sago flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 100 milliliters of clean water

How to make fried dory filet in flour:
1. Coat the dory fish fillets evenly with lime juice, fine salt and ground red pepper, then let sit for about 30 minutes. After that, rinse the fish and drain.
2. Thinly slice the fish into square shapes, then set aside. Meanwhile, stir the dipping ingredients in a container until the consistency is thick, then set aside.
3. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan using medium heat, then dip the fish into the dipping mixture. Fry the fish piece by piece until golden brown.
