Ingredients for durian pudding with caramel sauce:
- 250 grams of durian flesh
- 100 milliliters of water
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon durian paste
- 1 1/2 packets of gelatin
- 250 milliliters of liquid milk
Sauce ingredients:
- 200 grams of granulated sugar
- 177 milliliters of Sunkist orange juice
- 25 grams unsalted butter

How to make durian pudding with caramel sauce:
1. Blend durian and water until smooth, then mix with sugar, vanilla, salt and paste in a saucepan. Cook using low heat while stirring until it boils.
2. Add the gelatin and cook again while stirring until evenly distributed and there are no lumps. Add milk and stir until evenly mixed.
3. Pour into the pudding mold then let it cool to room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, heat the sugar in a Teflon until it caramelizes, then add the orange juice and butter.
4. Set the caramel aside then remove from heat and serve with durian pudding.
