Recipe for coconut sticky rice tape soup, fresh and sweet

Material

  • 200 grams of green sticky rice tape (ready to buy)
  • 100 grams of apple, cut into small pieces
  • 250 grams of coconut juice
  • 150 grams of green and red grapes
  • 100 grams of strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of thick coconut milk
  • Cocopandan syrup to taste
  • Sweetened condensed milk to taste
  • Sufficient shaved ice

How to make coconut sticky rice tape soup

  1. Arrange green sticky rice, apples, coconut juice, grapes, and strawberries into a serving bowl.
  2. Pour thick coconut milk and cocopandan syrup on it.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk according to taste for more creamy taste.
  4. Add shaved ice and stir well.
  5. Serve immediately while cold for a fresher taste.
