Andhana Adyandra or familiarly called Danny, does not have an educational background in the culinary world. But with his expertise in agriculture, he was determined to bring local food to the world stage after successfully holding the title of Masterchef Indonesia.
Born on September 13, 1991, Danny understood that the culinary archipelago was worldwide, with spices as one of his advantages. However, local food has not received the same spotlight. Therefore, he wants to raise the potential of Indonesia’s food wealth to be increasingly known and appreciated on the international arena.
Education
Danny is studying at Monash University, Department of Business Management. Although it does not have an academic background in the culinary field, the world of cooking has become a part of his life since childhood. Since the age of eight years, he often spends time in the kitchen, making culinary as something so attached to his daily life.
Work
Besides being active in the world of agriculture, in the last two years Danny began to pioneer the healthy food business in Jakarta. His participation in Masterchef Indonesia is a big step to absorb as much knowledge as possible. In the future, he is determined to realize his dream by processing and popularizing food made from local food, so that it is increasingly known and appreciated more broadly.
