During this process, the engine will be monitored by three technicians from the control room. They are tasked with ensuring the engine runs well, because all processes have been dicated by the machine. For each variant of milk also has each recipe so that production will not be mistaken.

Dancow product distribution from the Kejayan factory adjusts to the surrounding market needs. In addition to the factory in Kejayan East Java, Nestle also has a factory in Panjang, Lampung which specializes in producing nescafe coffee, and the Bandaraya factory that specializes in manufacturing cans ready to drink (ready to drink).
The East Java Kejayan factory also has biomass processing as an energy reserves that can be used in the factory. This biomass processing utilizes pieces of wood, the remaining wooden saws, rice husks and corn tubers.
Rice Husk and Corn Bonggol are the most widely used products for biomass because the area around Kejayan is an agricultural area, while pieces of wood and the remaining wooden saws because Pasuruan is a furniture production area.
