KOMPAS.com – White tofu can be processed into various types of dishes, if you need a practical dish you can make tofu with oyster sauce.
Tofu in oyster sauce is cooked with Chinese tofu, cornstarch, garlic, curly red chilies, spring onions, sesame oil, oyster sauce and stock powder.

Oyster sauce tofu recipe
Material:
- 2 pieces of Chinese tofu, cut into cubes
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
- Enough cooking oil
Spice:
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 7 curly red chilies, sliced obliquely
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp stock powder (if you like)
- 1/2 tsp white sugar

1. Half-fried tofu. Lift, drain. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add chilies and spring onions, stir-fry again until wilted.
Add other spices and water, let it boil.
2. Add cornstarch solution little by little while continuing to stir. Add half cooked tofu. Cook until the sauce thickens. Lift, serve.
