KOMPAS.com – Old school bean cake is known for the aroma of beans that are typical and a rather rough texture, and suitable to be eaten when Lebaran 2025.

Material:
- 200 grams of peanuts (peeled)
- 200 grams of refined sugar
- 350 grams of multipurpose flour
- 175 milliliters of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of fine salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of margarine (melt)

1. Roasting peanuts over low heat until browned. Lift and chill.
2. Mash roasting peanuts with sugar until smooth and sugar is crushed.
3. Mix mash beans with flour, salt, and cooking oil. Stir well. Wrap the dough with plastic. Store in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
4. Roll the dough one centimeter thick (cm). Print with shape according to taste (round, star, or liver), set the baking sheet.
5. Spread with egg yolks that are given melted margarine. Bake in an oven that has been heated at 160-170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove, rub again with egg yolks. Continue baking until the cake is cooked.
