Eggs are a very nutritious protein if we enjoy them every day. The reason is, eggs contain lots of protein, vitamins and nutrients which are useful in helping you feel full and energetic to get through the day.

Quoting Eating Well, however, eggs also contain a lot of saturated fat and cholesterol. So, those who suffer from heart disease or are at high risk of experiencing it need to be careful when consuming eggs.

Someone with heart disease needs to limit eating egg yolks. If you like eating eggs every day, enjoying more egg whites could be a good choice.
According to the American Heart Association, one large egg contains about 186 mg of cholesterol.

Therefore, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that they try to keep their cholesterol intake as low as possible while maintaining a balanced diet.

Eggs may contain relatively high amounts of cholesterol. However, eggs don’t have a big impact on overall cholesterol levels.

The Good and Correct Way to Eat Eggs

Apart from being affordable, eggs are also easy to include in your diet. A good way to eat eggs is boiled without salt.

Eggs are rich in omega-3. Moreover, if the eggs come from free-range farms, they tend to be the healthiest eggs.

However, it is not clear whether there is a limit to how many eggs a person can eat per day. Further research in this area is needed to provide clarity.

But, when people don’t have any health problems to worry about, then they can consume eggs in moderation. This may not have any effect on their body’s cholesterol levels.
