1/2 kg beef, ground

4 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp flavoring
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Dipping seasoning:
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp coriander powder
2 cloves of garlic
To taste seasoning, salt and ground pepper
Brown sugar to taste
How to Make Beef Wrap Satay
- Combine the ground beef with flour, seasoning, salt and pepper, stir well.
- Take a skewer. If the skewers are thick, just use one. However, if the skewers are thin, use two. Take enough meat and wrap it half way around the skewer. Repeat until the meat mixture is finished.
- Boil boiling water, dip the satay, and cook until cooked. Can also be grilled directly, choose according to taste.
- When the satay stew is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the dipping seasoning, grind it together, then add the soy sauce and mix in a container.
