Coffee has a million healthy benefits, one of which can improve brain health. The benefits can be felt if consuming 3-4 cups per day.

Coffee is a healthy drink that has many fans. The caffeine content in coffee can actually provide health benefits.

The study recently observed the brain of more than 2,000 participants with an age range of 45 and 74 years. Researchers compared four groups of people who said that they regularly drink coffee with a different cup.

In this study found the fact that people who consume 3-4 cups of coffee a day tend to have the strongest brain structure when looking at several factors including maintained cortical thickness. This condition is generally associated with higher intelligence.

Coffee has been proven to slow down cognitive decline and has the potential to reduce the risk of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, a meta-analysis in 2017 about the health effects of coffee found that drinking coffee can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cancer, as well as neurological conditions, metabolism, and liver.

Although not all of these studies consider the right number of coffee cups, some of which refer to 3-4 cups for significant benefits. Routine consumption can improve brain health.

When consuming 3-4 cups of coffee, make sure the time is not too late or night. This is so that the quality of sleep is maintained and you are not insomnia.

The recommended type of coffee is black coffee without sugar or other sweeteners. Alternative coffee concoctions that are safe for consumption, which can add full cream milk to get other health benefits from protein.
