How to store leftover vegetables from New Year

Here are some practical tips that you can apply to store cut vegetables.

1. Use an airtight container

Store cut vegetables in an airtight container. This container helps keep vegetables moist and prevents outside air from entering, which can make vegetables wilt quickly.

Make sure the container is clean and dry before using for optimal results.

2. Wrap in plastic or tissue paper

For vegetables like carrots, celery, and bell peppers, use plastic wrap or wrap them in damp paper towels.
