Grilled fish is suitable to be served with dip, you can make a typical Thai sauce with a spicy, sour and fresh taste.

- 5 cayenne peppers, finely sliced
- 4 red onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
- 1 tsp Thai chili paste (Nam Prik Pao)
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 6 coriander leaves, finely sliced
- 100 ml boiled water
- 1/2 tsp salt

1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Stir well. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
2. Pour into a serving bowl. Serve as an accompaniment to a meal.
