Rice Cooker Pineapple Jam Recipe
Pineapple jam material
- 1.5 kg of pineapple (already peeled and cut)
- 150-200 grams of sugar (according to taste)
- 1 cinnamon
- 4 cloves
How to make pineapple jam on a rice cooker
1. Grated or pineapple blender
Blend pineapple using grated or food processor. Don’t be too smooth so that the jam still has a slightly rough texture.
2. Cook on the Rice Cooker
Pour pineapple that has been shredded into the rice cooker. Add cinnamon and clove, then turn on cooking mode.
3. Wait until the liquid shrinks

5. Cool and shape for nastar filling
