KOMPAS.com – Starting fasting in the month of Ramadan by preparing a practical meal, can make tempeh dry.
Dry tempeh is made with red onion, large red chili, garlic, galangal, bay leaves, and Javanese sugar.
Dry tempeh can also be used as a supply of side dishes at dawn at home, practical and easy to make.

Material:
- 75 grams of tempeh
- 8 cloves of shallots
- 5 large red chili
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 small pieces of galangal
- 50 grams of Javanese Sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of tamarind acid
- 75 ml of water

- Fry the tempe until it is dry or yellow, then remove from heat, and drain.
- Saute the sliced onion and garlic, galangal, and bay leaves until fragrant.
- Add brown sugar, sugar, water, salt, and tamarind.
- Enter the tempe and stir until smooth.
- Remove and serve warm with vegetables.
