How to make dried tempeh for a side dish


KOMPAS.com – Starting fasting in the month of Ramadan by preparing a practical meal, can make tempeh dry.

Dry tempeh is made with red onion, large red chili, garlic, galangal, bay leaves, and Javanese sugar.

Dry tempeh can also be used as a supply of side dishes at dawn at home, practical and easy to make.

  • 75 grams of tempeh
  • 8 cloves of shallots
  • 5 large red chili
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small pieces of galangal
  • 50 grams of Javanese Sugar
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 4 tablespoons of tamarind acid
  • 75 ml of water
