KOMPAS.com – Omelet rolls can be made with different flavors, you can create a strawberry-scented omelette roll.
Strawberry aroma rolled omelette is made with wheat flour, starch, eggs, strawberry paste and coconut milk.
Meanwhile, the ingredients for the vla filling are cornstarch, white agar powder, plain liquid milk, granulated sugar, vanilla paste and margarine.

Material:
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 2 tbsp starch
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 tsp strawberry paste
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 400 ml coconut milk
Vla vanilla:
- 100 grams of cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp white agar powder
- 1 liter of plain liquid milk
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 chicken egg yolks
- 1 tbsp rum essence
- 1 tbsp margarine

How to make strawberry aroma rolled omelette:
1. Skin: Mix wheat flour, starch, eggs, strawberry paste and salt. Stir well. Add coconut milk, stir well.
2. Heat a flat non-stick frying pan, grease with a little oil. Pour in a spoonful of vegetable mixture. Omelette over medium heat until cooked. Lift. Do this until the dough runs out.
3. Vla vanilla: Dissolve the cornstarch and gelatin powder into the liquid plain milk, stir well. Add sugar, vanilla paste and salt.
Cook while continuing to stir until it boils and thickens. Lift. While hot, add egg yolks, rum and margarine. Stir well. Set aside.
4. Take one sheet of skin, add one tablespoon of vanilla vanilla. Fold like spring rolls. Serve.
