KOMPAS.com – If you are bored with the same taste of cheese cake, you can make butter chocolate cheese cake.
Butter chocolate cheese cake is made with butter, powdered sugar, eggs, wheat flour, chocolate powder, cream cheese, liquid milk and cornstarch.
Butter chocolate cheese cake is baked for 45 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius, here is the complete recipe.

Material A:
- 250 grams butter
- 160 grams of refined sugar
- 4 eggs
- 170 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 5 tablespoons liquid milk or whipping cream
Material B:
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 60 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon liquid milk or liquid whipping cream

How to make butter chocolate cheese cake:
1. Material A: Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy white, then add the eggs one by one.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder until smooth.
Put it into the initial mixture with speed low gradually, alternating with liquid milk and vanilla paste, stir well. Don’t stir for too long, set aside.
3. Material B: Beat cream cheese and sugar with a mixer until smooth.
4. Add the eggs then add cornstarch, liquid milk, stir well. set it aside.
5. Solution: prepare a 20 centimeter diameter baking dish that has been smeared with margarine, sprinkle with flour thinly.
Pour in the chocolate mixture from ingredient A, half of it first, then pour in the cream cheese mixture from ingredient B but don’t spread it evenly so that there will be an abstract motif.
6. Pour in the remaining mixture for ingredient A until finished.
7. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes until cooked, temperature around 160 degrees Celsius, or depending on each oven. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
