KOMPAS.com – The fruit setup can be used as a refreshing drink and is also rich in antioxidants to protect the body from free radicals.
The spice fruit setup is made with rambutan, guava, kedondong, Malang apple, sweet anise, cinnamon, cloves, pandan leaves and kaffir lime leaves.
The spiced fruit setup can be served with ice cubes to make it even fresher, here is the complete recipe.

Material:
- 1 can of rambutan, remove the fruit
- 1 Bangkok guava, seeds removed, cut into cubes
- 2 kedondong fruit, peeled, cut lengthwise
- 1 poor apple, cut into cubes, coated with lime juice
- 500 ml water
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp sweet anise
- 2 cinnamon sticks (@ 2 cm)
- 6 cloves
- 2 pandan leaves, summed
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt

1. Mix the rambutan water with sugar, anise, cinnamon, cloves, pandan leaves, kaffir lime leaves and salt. Boil until boiling. Remove and strain.
2. Simmer again over low heat, then add the guava, kedondong and apple. Let the spices infuse. Just before lifting, add the rambutan. Remove and cool.
3. Serve the fruit setup with ice cubes.
