How to cook fried fried meat without presto, tender when bitten!


Kompas.com – Fried fried meat is a delicious Sundanese specialties. The meat is tender with the spices soaking into the inside.

Many people use presto so that the meat is softer faster. However, there are other ways to keep the meat of the squad still tender without presto.

Material:

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 500 ml of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 lemongrass, memor
  • 1 bay leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Ground spices:

  • 10 shallots
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tablespoon coriander
  • 3 cm galangal, chopped

How to make fried fried meat without presto

  1. Boil the meat with enough water until it is absorbed out.
  2. Slice the meat in the same fiber 1 cm thick, then give it.
  3. Bring a boil with coconut milk with spices, lemongrass, and bay leaves.
  4. Add the meat slices, cook over low heat until the coconut milk is absorbed.
  5. Fry the meat in hot oil until browned.
  6. Serve fried gepuk meat with a sprinkling of fried onions.
