- 14 chicken wings with pins
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 500 milliliters of water
- 1 tablespoon oil (for frying)
Soaking sauce ingredients (mix well):
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 centimeters ginger (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch or cornstarch
- Coat the chicken with the marinade sauce until evenly coated. Leave for an hour for the flavors to infuse.
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat. Fry the garlic and onions until aromatic. Add the soaked chicken, stir until the color of the chicken changes.
- Season with sweet soy sauce, light soy saucesalt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in the water gradually. Cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Lift, serve.
