HMPV is a virus that is similar to flu. This virus, which attacks the respiratory tract, is spreading massively in China and has reportedly started to enter Indonesia.

Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin appealed to the public not to panic, because this is not a new virus and has been known in the media world for a long time.

2. Salmon

Eating salmon can prevent the HMPV virus. Salmon is rich in high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. These healthy fats are anti-inflammatory essential fats.

100 grams of salmon contains 2,150 mg of EPA and DH omega-3 fatty acids. These fats can improve lung health to reduce the effects of inflammation.
