Eating salmon can prevent the HMPV virus. Salmon is rich in high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. These healthy fats are anti-inflammatory essential fats.
100 grams of salmon contains 2,150 mg of EPA and DH omega-3 fatty acids. These fats can improve lung health to reduce the effects of inflammation.
