4. White Tea

White tea is made using a natural drying method without any twisting or fermentation processes. It has a light taste with the benefits of refreshing the mind, cooling the body, and reducing fever.

5. Yellow Tea

Yellow tea is processed similarly to green tea, but goes through an oxidation stage that gives it its characteristic yellow color. This drink helps digestive health and maintains the balance of the body’s metabolism.

6. Dark Tea

Dark teas, such as Pu’er from Yunnan, are deeply fermented and are often used to make dense teas such as brick tea. This tea is famous for its protein, amino acids and natural sugar content which helps digestion and reduces fat.
