Fruit Ice Recipes Without Milk and Coconut milk, Fresh and Practical


Kompas.com – Fruit ice is a choice of fresh drinks that are suitable to be enjoyed at any time. The combination of fruit with sweet syrup makes it even more appetizing.

Without milk or coconut milk, fruit ice remains delicious and refreshing. With simple ingredients, this drink can be made quickly at home.

Ingredients for fruit ice

  • 300 grams of watermelon, cut dice
  • 300 grams of melon, cut dice
  • 300 grams of papaya, cut into cubes
  • 1 lemon, squeeze the water
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 50 ml of water
  • Ice cubes as needed
  1. Cut all the fruits according to the desired size. Store in the refrigerator to make it fresher.
  2. Make syrup by boiling sugar and water until dissolved. Add lemon juice, stir well, then cool.
  3. Mix the cold fruit into a large bowl. Pour the syrup that has been prepared.
  4. Add ice cubes according to taste, then stir well.
  5. Serve in a glass or bowl, enjoy while cold.

Tips for more delicious fruit ice

Use fresh fruit with a variety of colors for a more attractive appearance. Add basil seeds or nata de coco to be richer in texture.

If you want to taste fresher, you can add mint leaves as a complement. This fruit ice is suitable to be enjoyed when the weather is hot or as a iftar menu.
