KOMPAS.com – Fried capcay can be used as a delicious and healthy dinner menu idea because it contains lots of vegetables.
Fried capcay contains carrots, green mustard greens, cauliflower, beef meatballs, chicken fillet, small corn and eggs.
Fried capcay is cooked with garlic, ginger, spring onions, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper and tapioca flour.

Material:
- 1 carrot, cut into thin obliques
- Green mustard greens 75 grams, roughly chopped
- 75 grams white mustard greens, coarsely chopped
- Janten (small corn) 3 pieces, cut obliquely 1 cm
- Cauliflower 100 grams, cut into florets
- 50 gram chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 5 beef meatballs, split into 2
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cm ginger, crushed
- 1 spring onion, cut into 1 cm pieces
- Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Water 350 ml
- Granulated sugar 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour, dissolved in 3 tablespoons water
- Cooking oil 3 tbsp

1. Heat oil, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken and meatballs, stir-fry until it changes color.
2. Add eggs and stir until lumpy. Add various vegetables, stir well.
3. Season with tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, ground pepper and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.
4. Add the spring onions and tapioca flour solution. Stir until thickened. Remove and serve hot.
