- 300 grams of papaya
- 300 grams of melon
- 300 grams of watermelon
- Sugar syrup ingredients:
- 250 grams of sugar
- 50 ml of water
- 1 lemon, squeeze the water
How to make fresh fruit ice
1. Cut papaya, melon, and watermelon with a small round fruit cutting tool. Store in the refrigerator.
2. Make syrup by boiling sugar, water, and lemon juice until thickened. Lift and chill. Store in the refrigerator.
3. After the fruit and syrup cold, mix, and stir well. Prepare a glass, pour into it and serve cold.
