When breaking the fast avoid excessive drinking. It would be better if you drink water to help replace the lost body fluids after a day of fasting.
Get used to breaking the fast with water, then followed by eating other foods. At least, drink as much as 2 glasses.
You can divide it, one glass during the Maghrib Adhan, and one more glass just before the evening call to prayer
2. 4 glasses at dinner
Drinking water at night must be done regularly. After two glasses when breaking the fast, then can be continued with 4 glasses at dinner.
However, that number can be divided again the time to 2 glasses when eating, and two more glasses just before bed.
In addition to meeting the needs of body fluids, drinking water before and after eating can help smooth the digestion process of food.
