Durian premium nastar recipe, more shiny and melted results

Nastar durian material

Dough ingredients

  • 150 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of margarine
  • 75 grams of refined sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 35 grams of cornstarch
  • 35 grams of milk powder
  • 415 grams of low protein flour

Prefinery material

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • (Mix all ingredients then strain)

Durian jam material

  • 1 kg of fresh durian meat
  • 150 grams of sugar

How to make durian jam

  1. Add durian meat and granulated sugar into an anti -stick skillet.
  2. Cook on low heat while stirring continuously until it thickens.
  3. After the texture is solid, turn off the heat and leave it to the temperature of the room.
  4. Store in the refrigerator overnight to make it easier to form.

How to make nastar premium durian contents

1. Beat butter, margarine, and sugar

In a large container, beaten butter, margarine, and refined sugar that has been sifted until soft (about 1 minute). Add egg yolks, then shake again until smooth.

2. Add dry ingredients

Add flour, cornstarch, and sifted milk powder. Stir using a spatula until the dough is fused and not sticky in the hand.

3. Weigh and form the dough

Take 8 grams of dough, then flatten it. Fill with 7 grams of durian jam, then round again until the meeting.

4. Arrange on the pan
