Cupcake recipe for sweet potato, iftar snack ideas besides fried food

Recipe cupcake sweet potato

Material:

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of castor sugar
  • 1 teaspoon emulsifier (optional)

  • 300 grams of red sweet potatoes (steamed, puree)
  • 100 grams of butter (melt)
  • 15 grams of thick thick
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How to make cupcake sweet potato

  1. Mix the mashed red sweet potatoes, melted butter, and thick sweet. Stir until smooth, set aside.
