- 150 grams of spinach (small cut)
- 50 grams of sweet corn pipil
- 30 grams of red paprika
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Seasoning ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic (loading)
- 20 grams of Bombai (thin iris)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 thin slices of galangal
- Salt to taste
- Powder broth to taste
