KOMPAS.com – You can make rambutan shrimp, one of the dim sums at this spicy noodle shop yourself at home.
Rambutan shrimp is made with ground chicken, ground shrimp, cornstarch, spring onions, fish sauce, sesame oil, garlic and egg white.
Serve rambutan shrimp with Bangkok sauce or your favorite chili sauce for dipping, here’s the recipe.

- Ground chicken meat 50 grams
- Ground shrimp 100 grams
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 stem spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 egg white
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Granulated sugar 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil 500 ml
- Salt to taste
