Chicken Stew Recipe, First Side Dish for Free Nutritious Meals in Palmerah

Chicken stew ingredients:

  • 200 grams of chicken meat fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (for frying)
  • 500 milliliters of water

Ground seasoning ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sliced ​​red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sliced ​​garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon sliced ​​ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Other seasoning ingredients:

  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 slices fresh tomatoes

How to make chicken stew:

1. Coat the chicken meat fillets with lime, then fry until cooked. Shred the chicken meat then set aside.

2. Heat a frying pan then saute the ground spices until fragrant, then add the cloves, bay leaves, sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce and tomato slices. Add the shredded chicken and cook until it boils and the spices are absorbed.
