KOMPAS.com – Minced chicken meat can be processed into a roulade filled with delicious quail eggs.
Chicken roulade filled with quail eggs is cooked with quail eggs, chicken eggs, minced chicken meat, potatoes, pepper, salt and sugar.
Meanwhile, the roulade sauce is made from margarine, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce and orange juice.

Material:
- 100 grams of minced chicken meat
- 25 grams potatoes, boiled, peeled, mashed
- Pepper, salt and sugar to taste
- 3 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
- 1 chicken egg, make a thin omelet
Sauce ingredients:
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp orange juice
How to make chicken roulade filled with quail eggs:
1. Mix chicken, potatoes and spices. Stir well, until all ingredients are mixed.
2. Take one egg omelette, fill it with chicken mixture, spread evenly. Place the quail eggs in the middle of the omelet, roll up.
3. Wrap the outside of the omelette with heat-resistant plastic or aluminum foil. Steam for 25 minutes, remove from heat.
4. Cut the omelette into pieces. Serve with sauce.
5. Sauce: Heat margarine, add sesame oil and sweet soy sauce. Remove, add orange juice. Stir well.
