KOMPAS.com – If you have cassava leaves, you can make a stir fry with tuna.
Tuna cassava leaves are cooked with red chilies, shallots, garlic, ginger, candlenuts, spring onions and basil.
Tuna in cassava leaves can be replaced with tuna or anchovies, here is the complete recipe.

Material:
- 2 bunches of cassava leaves
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 pandan leaves
- 2 lime leaves
- 250 grams fresh tuna, steamed, shredded
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 500 ml water
- 1 bunch basil
- Salt and sugar to taste
Spices, puree:
- 5 red chilies
- 5 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 3 candlenuts

1. Boil cassava leaves until cooked, remove and drain.
2. Heat cooking oil, saute ground spices, pandan leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
3. Add tuna, stir well. Add cassava leaves, spring onions, water, salt and granulated sugar. Cook until cooked and the sauce has reduced.
4. Add basil leaves, stir well. Lift and serve.
