Cantaloupe ice ingredients without syrup

  • 200 ml of water
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves, tie the knot
  • 1 cantaloupe, scrape the meat
  • 200 gr nata de coco, drain
  • Ice cubes as needed

1. Create Pandan Sugar Water

Boil water, sugar, and pandan leaves to boil. After that, remove and strain the pandan sugar solution. Let it cool.

2. Mix the main ingredients

In a large container, add the cantaloupe and Nata de Coco scrapings that have been drained.

3. Add pandan sugar water

Pour pandan sugar water that has been cold into a mixture of cantaloupe and nata de coco. Stir gently until evenly distributed.

4. Serve with ice cubes

Prepare a serving glass, add enough ice cubes. Pour the cantaloupe mixture into a glass, then serve immediately.

Tips for cantaloupe ice to be more delicious

  1. Use liquid palm sugar as an alternative to natural sweeteners.
  2. For a fresher taste, add young coconut water as a substitute for pandan sugar water.
  3. Can be added to the basil seeds that have been soaked so that the texture is more varied.
  4. If you want more creamy, add evaporation milk or low -calorie milk.
