Research shows that consuming garlic can reduce cholesterol levels.

The method is to consume 10-15 grams of garlic every day.

This method will reduce bad cholesterol without affecting good cholesterol levels.

As stated by pharmacist Jennifer Moll, PharmD, the more often you consume garlic, the more your bad cholesterol levels will decrease.

“Research shows that the most effective thing is to consume 5 grams – 10 grams of garlic every day,” explained Jennifer.

One piece of garlic itself usually weighs 10-15 grams, which means you only need half a clove of garlic every day.
