Kompas.com – Men in Thailand found a whole frozen snake in an ice cream he bought at street vendors.
Reported from The IndependentThursday (3/13/2025), the shocking event was experienced by Rayban Naklengboon in Mueang Ratchaburi, Thailand.

He shared photos of ice cream filled with frozen snakes on Facebook and became viral on social media.
When opening the black bean flavor ice cream, Rayban found a black-yellow snake trapped in ice cream.
“His eyes are so big! Is it dead? Black beans, street vendors, original pictures because I bought it myself, “ he wrote in Thailand on his personal Facebook upload.

The upload got a lot of reactions from citizens. Some of them speculate, the snake is a kind of lightweight golden tree, Chrysopelea ornata commonly found in the region.

Gold tree snakes usually grow with a length of about 70-130 centimeters (cm), but what is in ice cream is likely to have a length of about 20-40 cm.
As a result of this incident, a discussion of food hygiene and safety standards, as well as ice cream production facilities.
Unfortunately, it is unclear which company produces ice cream filled with snakes, as quoted Times of India.
