Butter Sauce Shrimp Recipe, Add Rice

KOMPAS.com – If you have a supply of giant prawns in the refrigerator, you can make them into a favorite menu at home.

You can make butter sauce shrimp with margarine, green onions, red chilies, pepper, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce and lime.

When cooking shrimp in butter sauce, make sure to taste it first before adding salt, because the margarine and additional sauce already give it a salty taste.

Check out the following recipe for shrimp with butter sauce, quoted from the book “Food Menu “PO SABAR” @ Dokterkoki” (2021) by Mike Herawati published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama.
