Rumpu Rampe is one of the typical culinary delights of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) which is very popular with local people and tourists. This vegetable dish is rich in natural ingredients, making it a delicious yet healthy meal.

How to Make a Rump Rampe
Here are the simple steps to make Rumpu Rampe:
1. Boil the papaya flowers for 5 minutes, then drain.
2. Grind spices such as garlic, shallots, chilies, galangal, ginger and galangal.
3. Saute the ground spices until fragrant.
4. Add vegetables such as Moringa leaves, papaya leaves, banana blossoms and cassava leaves. Stir well.
5. Add enough water and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
6. Add additions such as anchovies or shrimp, then cook briefly until cooked.
7. Remove and serve warm.
