BANDUNG – For seafood lovers, the menu of processed octopus with various Indonesian-style sauces may be familiar. However, have you ever tried octopus with aromatic sauce? You can find this unique menu at a restaurant located on Jalan Aceh, Bandung, West Java.
The term “aromanis” here is not sweet confectionery for children, but a combination of imported sauces from Korea and Spain. The process of making this dish is quite simple. The octopus tentacles that have been cleaned are then fried over low heat until cooked.
The sauce is prepared from imported Korean sauce base combined with aromanesco cheese from Spain. Add chopped paprika and chili, then serve with burrata cheese. The combination of these ingredients creates a unique taste: sweet, savory, salty and spicy.
One visitor expressed his enthusiasm, “You have to try this! It’s a must, really recommended. I looked at it on Instagram while enjoying the view of Bandung City.” For those of you who are curious about enjoying this culinary delight while enjoying the beauty of Bandung City, this restaurant could be an option.
