Quoting Alrabiya News (11/3) a man named Nicholas Craft said he had experienced obesity since childhood. He said when he was in school weightit reaches 136 kilograms.
Every day he always feels pain in the knee, all over his body, shortness of breath to never come to family events because his body does not fit through the door of the house. Until finally he began to go on a special diet.
Craft began to change his diet from those who consume more fast food, now starting to count calories. He also applies a calorie deficit to control his diet so that the diet results are more effective.
This particular diet began in 2019 when he had a weight of 295 kilograms. Craft said the late grandmother who succeeded in triggering enthusiasm to start a diet until he finally died after accompanying Craft in a short time.

Packaging drinks, fried foods, bread and pasta are left by Craft. Instead he consumed fruits, vegetables and protein and healthy food cooked by his late grandmother.
