Antioxidant Juice Recipe to Maintain Immunity


KOMPAS.com – If your body feels unwell, you can consume the following healthy drinks to increase your immunity.

This antioxidant juice consists of celery, carrots, apples, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger juice and honey.

This antioxidant juice is useful for endurance, weight loss, eye health, and preventing cancer. Contains lots of vitamin C, vitamin A, beta carotene, and falcarinol which functions as an antioxidant.

Material:

  • 150 grams of carrots
  • 200 grams of apples
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

How to make antioxidant juice:

1. Chop carrots, apples and celery. Add orange juice, then blend the fruit, strain and take the juice.

2. Mix fruit juice with lemon juice, ginger juice and honey. Stir well.

3. Serve.
