4. Changes in blood sugar levels

Moringa leaves can reduce blood sugar, so it needs to be considered by diabetics who use insulin.

5. Risk for pregnant women

There is no research that ensures the safety of Moringa leaves for pregnant women, so it should be avoided.

Although useful, consumption of Moringa leaves still needs to be adjusted to the condition of the body. If you experience side effects, you should reduce the dose or stop consumption.
