Inspiration for Beef Cooking, 3 Sate Lilit Recipes, One of Which Can Be Made as MPASI


Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Satay is one of the popular grilled dishes for cooking beef. However, if you want to be a little different, you can try satay lilit as an inspiration for delicious beef dishes.

Not only for adult food, beef satay can even be processed into a complementary menu for breast milk (MPASI). Apart from that, this ingredient can be served with favorite spices according to individual tastes.

The accompanying ingredients are also relatively easy and cheap to obtain. Immediately take note of the following series of beef wrapped satay recipes, as summarized from CookpadFriday (30/6/2023).

Beef Wrap Satay

1/2 kg beef, ground

To taste, skewer the satay

Mixed ingredients:

4 tbsp all purpose flour

1/2 tbsp flavoring

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Dipping seasoning:

3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tsp coriander powder

2 cloves of garlic

To taste seasoning, salt and ground pepper

Brown sugar to taste

How to Make Beef Wrap Satay

  1. Combine the ground beef with flour, seasoning, salt and pepper, stir well.
  2. Take a skewer. If the skewers are thick, just use one. However, if the skewers are thin, use two. Take enough meat and wrap it half way around the skewer. Repeat until the meat mixture is finished.
  3. Boil boiling water, dip the satay, and cook until cooked. Can also be grilled directly, choose according to taste.
  4. When the satay stew is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Prepare the dipping seasoning, grind it together, then add the soy sauce and mix in a container.
  6. Add a little water to make it a little dilute, taste collection.
  7. Dip the wrapped satay into the dipping spices, then grill until cooked. Repeat a few more times so that the spices are absorbed. Lift and serve.
