  • 500 grams of date palm meat, puree, elongated shape

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

How to make nastar cheese dates

1. Beat butter, margarine, and sugar

In a large container, beaten butter, margarine, and refined sugar that has been sifted until soft (about 1 minute). Add the egg yolk, then shake it back for a while.

2. Add cheese and dry ingredients

Add grated cheese, cornstarch, milk powder, and sifted flour. Stir with a spatula until all ingredients are well mixed and the dough does not stick to the hand.

3. Weigh and form the dough

Take 8 grams of dough, then flatten it. Fill with dates that have been formed elongated weighing 5 grams, then close again.
