The combination of the sweet taste of honey, savory seasoning, and a tempting grill made this menu difficult to refuse.
The type of fish used here is Iken Kuwe, but you can also replace it with other types of fish according to taste.

Honey grilled fish ingredients
- 2 kuwe fish (clean)
- 1 lime (squeeze)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 25 milliliters of honey
- 3 tablespoons of Bangkok sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

How to make honey grilled fish:
1. Heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius, while coat the fish with lime juice and salt. Then let stand for 15 minutes.
2. In separate bowls, mix salted soy sauce, honey, Bangkok sauce, garlic, salt, and sesame oil, then stir until well blended. Coat the fish with a mixture of honey evenly, then let stand for 30 minutes until the spices are absorbed.
3. Bake the fish in the oven for 30 minutes, then remove from heat and serve while warm.
