When the milk is powdered, directly enters the packaging process both for the size of 390 grams for instant dancows or sachet packaging dancows. Every hour hundreds of boxes are neatly arranged with an engine and ready to be distributed.

“Here all the machines, there is no human intervention ranging from making milk to packaging,” said Sutarman.

Dancow product distribution from the Kejayan factory adjusts to the surrounding market needs. In addition to the factory in Kejayan East Java, Nestle also has a factory in Panjang, Lampung which specializes in producing nescafe coffee, and the Bandaraya factory that specializes in manufacturing cans ready to drink (ready to drink).

The East Java Kejayan factory also has biomass processing as an energy reserves that can be used in the factory. This biomass processing utilizes pieces of wood, the remaining wooden saws, rice husks and corn tubers.

Rice Husk and Corn Bonggol are the most widely used products for biomass because the area around Kejayan is an agricultural area, while pieces of wood and the remaining wooden saws because Pasuruan is a furniture production area.

This is the commitment of Nestle in the application of sustainability so that there is no waste or waste that is wasted around Pasuruan or Kejayan.
