Corned tofu cakes are made with simple spices such as fried shallots, pepper, salt, and leeks.

- 400 grams of white tofu
- 150 grams of corned beef
- 1 teaspoon fried shallots, puree
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 leeks, thinly sliced
- Cooking oil to taste

- Destroy tofu using the back of the fork. Add corned beets, fried onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add eggs and leeks, stir again.
- Heat the oil, add the dough that has been formed oval using the help of two spoons. Just turn one side once cooked and dried. Fry until cooked both sides. Remove, drain.
Tips:
When frying, the mixture should not be flipped over too often because it is easily destroyed.
