Conversely, people with gout must consume low purine food ingredients to reduce uric acid levels.
Low purine foods come from vegetables and fruit. One of them is tomatoes.
Tomatoes contain provitamin A, vitamins B1, C, E, and folic acid. Vegetables at the same time this fruit also contains minerals in the form of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
Besides being low in purine, tomatoes are also useful for increasing the body’s immunity and stabilizing blood pressure.
