  6. Cover the container with plastic then let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to one day. When ready to use, remove the dough from the refrigerator then let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  7. Boil the water inside using a large heat, while take one part of the dough, then hold it using two hands. Gently pull the dough to form a string along 10 centimeters and do not let the dough break.
  8. Roll the dough to form a small circle, then pull it back to form a strand. Repeat similar steps and don’t let the mixture break.
  9. After that, immediately put the noodles into boiling water while stirring so that the noodles are not sticky or stick to the pan. When the water boils again, pour one cup of cold water into the pan.
  10. Bring to a boil and cook the noodles for one minute. Remove the noodles carefully using a hand filter or wire filter, then drain. Mi is ready to be processed into dishes at Chinese New Year.
